Not all events are nonrefundable. If there is active inclement weather on the day of your picnic, you can reschedule two hours before your start time.
If you are willing to take the chance, a refund will not be issued once your start time has begun. You can cancel on the day of your picnic due to bad weather and avail an 80% refund.
You can call us as early as a month before the event. This will allow our team to secure the event site permit (park or beach), the food preparation, and get the appropriate supplies for decoration.
We DON’T provide alcohol for any of our picnic experiences.

If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide a 30-min notice via phone call or text. You are responsible for the picnic items until we return and pack up. Please do not leave any picnics unattended until a staff member is present.

Yes, the contract will provide you with detailed information regarding our services, the date/time, the payment agreement, and the cancellation policy.
